come和go都可用作系动词，它们有不同吗？仍然是“来”与“去”有什么区别吗？
譬如：The meat has gone bad. 句中的 gone 可换成 come 吗？
第一The meat has gone bad. 中的 gone 不适合换成 come。
come 和 go 用作连系动词都表示事物状况的变化，但两者之后所接形容词一般各有特征，在很多状况下可从好坏方面去不同：即 come 用于“好”的变化，go 用于“坏”的变化。如：
It comes cheaper if you have a season ticket. 假如有一张月票会实惠些。
I’ll make all your dreams come true. 我会使你的梦想都成为现实。
The city starts to come alive after dark. 这座城市天黑后便变得热闹起来。
The children must not go hungry. 小孩们不应当挨饿。
Fruit quickly goes rotten in hot weather. 天热水果非常快会腐烂。
The heat has caused the milk to go sour. 酷热的天气使牛奶酸了。
另外，表示人的生理变化一般用 go，如go blind（变瞎），go deaf（变聋），go grey（两鬓渐白）等，但，go 一般不与 old, ill, tired 等连用。
